I'm currently a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Chicago. Previously, I spent six years at Drugstore.com in Seattle where I led the customer retention group with responsibility for revenue from repeat customers. Prior to that, I led a redesign of Drugstore.com's search page that was ranked #1 in Jupitermedia's 2004 study of 42 online retailers (details here). Prior to these roles, I was in the business analytics and software development groups. I started my career as a Software Engineer at Motorola. I have a B.Tech from IIT Madras, MS from the University of Missouri and an MBA from The University of Chicago GSB.
