Impressions
We picked Salzburg for an overnight stop since none of us had been there before. With only a few hours in this city, we made the best of our time
using a map and advice from the hostel folks (and their strikingly cute bartender) as a guide. The city is small, but with a lot of character --
mountains, water, architecture, good food, good beer, narrow streets studded with shops, and the ubiquitous references to Mozart throughout. It
felt like Munich's somewhat different kid brother (maybe because we had all just come from Munich :)).
