Impressions
Ibiza is a disturbing blend of laid-back and wild. So laid-back that you could sleep for 8 hours straight and promptly head to the beach for a few more hours of laying face down to ocean sounds or face up to provoking sights all around :) So wild that you could spend all day at a beach party, start the pre-funk at 1am, enter a club at 2:30am, party until 8am ... only to promptly head to an after-party that finishes in time for another beach party so you could rinse/repeat the entire schedule all over again. It's kind of like South Beach on steroids.

Foodies will appreciate the ready availability of great food -- delicious tapas/paella and refreshing sangria. The weather is sunny, the beaches are inviting and the city is interesting to walk around in. However, Ibiza can be expensive (depending on what you want to do) and feel like spring break central (again, depends on what you want to do). Bottom line: glad I went, but I did feel that the city was over-hyped.
